Can I pay by installments?
Of course. We can accept a deposit and suggest a plan for monthly payments based on the provider's schedule. Written quotations are available on request.

Are my personal effects covered?
No. However, personal effects coverage can be endorsed on your policy for an additional charge.

Will my alarm and/or immobilizer give me a discount?
Types of alarm and immobilizers that qualify for discounts vary with each insurance company. Simply provide us with full details of your security device (s), and we will include the appropriate discount in your quoted policy.

Can I use my motorcycle for work purposes?
No, your motorcycle cannot be used for work or any type of delivery purposes.

Can I apply my defensive driving discount?
Yes, you may apply your defensive driving discount which may reduce your premium by 10%.

Are there discounts for experienced riders?
Yes, experienced drivers may receive up to 10% off their policy premium.

Can I purchase insurance for a season?
Yes, we provide policies for six months, eight months and twelve months, as well as special annual discounts which provide premium savings for the winter months.

Do all motorcycles qualify for coverage?
Most do, however, business or commercial use of cycles, mopeds, ATV's, racing off road or extensively modified bikes do not qualify for coverage.

How do you handle claims?
Policyholders get immediate claims service 24 hours a day with one toll free call to the individual carrier's claim department.

Is there a price break if I don't use my bike in the winter?
Yes, our special annual policy provides a winter lay-up credit, and provides coverage year round.

Do you offer any discounts?
Our companies provide many money saving discounts. Here are some that may be available to you:
10% renewal discount
10% mature rider discount
10% defensive driving discount
10% transfer discount, just for transferring to us
10% multi bike discount when you insure more than one bike on the same policy.
